1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, making a reservation, or visiting White Tail Resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Standards of Behavior. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

White Tail Resort is a family-friendly naturist resort. Visitors must:

• Be at least 18 years old to make reservations or enter without a parent/guardian
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times
• Single males may be subject to additional verification requirements
• Agree to abide by our Standards of Behavior and naturist philosophy

3. Resort Rules and Standards of Behavior

All visitors must adhere to our Standards of Behavior, which include but are not limited to:

• Respect: Treat all guests, staff, and property with respect and courtesy
• No Photography: Photography of other guests is prohibited without explicit consent. Photography in common areas requires staff approval
• Appropriate Behavior: Sexual behavior, harassment, or any conduct that makes others uncomfortable is strictly prohibited
• Towel Policy: Always sit on a towel when using shared seating
• Clothing Optional: While nudity is the norm, clothing may be worn when weather or personal comfort requires
• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No Drugs: Illegal drugs are prohibited. Alcohol consumption must be responsible

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the resort without refund.

4. Reservations and Payments

Booking

• Reservations are subject to availability
• A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure a reservation
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Special rates and promotions may have additional terms

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival for a full refund
• No-shows and late cancellations may be charged for the first night
• Special events and holiday periods may have different cancellation policies
• Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (fees may apply)
• Valid photo ID required at check-in

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By visiting White Tail Resort, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in recreational activities (swimming, sports, hiking, etc.) involves inherent risks
• You assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to yourself or your property during your visit
• White Tail Resort is not liable for any personal injury, accident, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property except as required by law
• You are responsible for supervising any minors in your party at all times

Guests may be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival.

6. Website Use

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of White Tail Resort and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
